If you are in California, it is critical that you vote on November 4. As referenced in the above link, there is a ballot initiative on California’s greenhouse gas restriction. The proponents want to prevent the restrictions from going until “state unemployment falls to 5.5 percent or lower for at least four consecutive quarters.” (Translation: When pigs fly.)
